A precocious artist, he began his studies at the Escola de Belles Arts de Barcelona, and while still an apprentice, he won a prize from the school and a scholarship. Throughout his life he traveled and exhibited in different Islamic and Latin American countries. An extraordinary draughtsman, agile with the pencil and charcoal, he often immortalized the land, the people and the sea of Ibiza.
