He began his studies at the National Academy of Fine Arts and continued his training in Europe thanks to several scholarships. He experimented with kinetic movement and geometric forms for some time, but returned to the figurative style that he uses to paint his everyday surroundings. His main motifs are women, music, literature and landscapes.
