No obstante, la utilizaci\u00f3n de ciertos servicios se ha de realizar mediante suscripci\u00f3n previa.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Noto Sans, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">El usuario se compromete a utilizar el portal de manera correcta y de acuerdo con la ley. En caso de provocar perjuicios al Portal de Transparencia del Consell d&#8217;Eivissa, ser\u00e1 responsable de los da\u00f1os provocados.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Noto Sans, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">El Consell d&#8217;Eivissa no se hace cargo del mal uso del portal y de irregularidades en los PC de los usuarios, de las cuales ser\u00e1n responsables los propios usuarios.<\/span><\/span><\/p><h1 class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\"><a name=\"_Toc130942490\"><\/a><span style=\"font-size: small;\">ACTUALIZACI\u00d3N DE LA INFORMACI\u00d3N Y CONTENIDOS<\/span><\/h1><p lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #1b1b1b;\"><span style=\"font-family: Noto Sans, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">La informaci\u00f3n que aparece en el Portal es la vigente en la fecha de su \u00faltima actualizaci\u00f3n. No obstante, <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1b1b;\"><span style=\"font-family: Noto Sans, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">el <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Noto Sans, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Consell Insular <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Noto Sans, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>d\u2019Eivissa<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1b1b1b;\"><span style=\"font-family: Noto Sans, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> no puede garantizar la inexistencia de errores ni que el contenido de la informaci\u00f3n se encuentre permanentemente actualizado.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><p lang=\"es-ES\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #1b1b1b;\"><span style=\"font-family: Noto Sans, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">El acceso al Portal, as\u00ed como el uso que pueda hacerse de la informaci\u00f3n que contiene, son de la exclusiva responsabilidad del usuario.
